HalfMoon Candles: Why Supporting Craftsmen is Important

In a world over-staturated with products and things to buy, how wonderful it is when we find hand-made, amazing products to make our homes uniquely our own.

The minute I stumbled upon HalfMoon Candles was when I knew I had to have some. These candles are hand-poured and infused with different essential oils and crystals. INFUSED WITH CRYSTALS?! I know, right?

Crystals are magical, literally and figuratively. Crystals harness an immense amount of power and energy and can help us make decisions, find self-love, ground ourselves on the physical plane, harness creativity, and so much more. As with any object used in spiritual practice, the significance of crystals lies in an individual’s belief system. Personally, I love crystals because they are a physical and tangible item for me to focus intentions on. You may be asking why I’m writing a post dedicated to one candle company & I am here to explain why.

It is absolutely important to me, being that I am a knitter and craftsman -first and foremost, that other craftsmen and independent artist are giving the recognition they deserve. Erica is someone who’s energy and power is so kind and welcoming, I would be doing the world a disservice if I didn’t share her incredible products with the world!

Everyone can buy ikea furniture, candles from target, rugs from walmart, etc… These companies make billions of dollars a day providing you with semi-okay quality items that don’t have much love or individuality to them. This being said, I don’t believe these companies don’t deserve the wealth they enjoy, I’m merely trying to showcase how incredible a lot of products are that you wouldn’t be able to find at your local target or ikea… These products are as unique as you are. Products that are so wonderfully (almost earily made for YOU! That’s how I feel about these candles to be honest, lol. Anything involving a crystal and/or a candle & I’m in love…. imagine my face finding out these babies incorporate both of my two loves!) suited for you!
